VI CONFERENCIA INTERNACIONAL Placeres Des/Organizados – Cuerpos, Derechos y Culturas en Transformación
27 – 29 June/Junio, 2007. Lima, Perú

The International Association for the Study of Sexuality and Culture in Society (IASSCS) is organising its 6th International Conference, “Dis/Organized Pleasures – Changing Bodies, Rights and Cultures” that will emphasize aspects of mobilization for the defense of sexual rights in a world where bodies, cultures and the very notions of ‘rights’ are evolving.

The Conference will take place in Lima Perú from 27 to 29 June 2007. In the upcoming weeks a call for registration and abstract submission will be released. Applications will be received for a limited number of scholarships available for academics and activists from the South.

So, please reserve those dates in your calendars! We hope to see you in Lima in June 2007!
