The South and Southeast Asia Resource Centre on Sexuality aims to increase
knowledge and scholarship on issues of sexuality, sexual health and sexual
well being in this region. It is hosted by
TARSHI, an NGO based in New Delhi, India.
The Resource Centre specifically focuses on sexuality related work in
China, India, Indonesia, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Thailand, The Philippines, and Vietnam.
A regional Advisory Committee
had been providing inputs on country specific needs till March, 2008.
Similar regional centres are located in
Africa,
Latin America, and the
United States.
We work closely with our partners in
China,
Indonesia and
Vietnam.
The Resource Centre is supported by the
Ford Foundation and is part of its
global initiative to enhance sexual health and wellbeing.
